Cycling South Australia Welcomes 99 Bikes as the 2020 Super Series Title Sponsor
After three years, Cycling South Australia is excited to once again have a Title Sponsor for the 2020 Super Series – 99 Bikes. The 99 Bikes Super Series will take in nine Rounds in 2020, with close to 40 teams and over 300 riders expected on the start line across six senior grades, two senior support grades and four junior grades.
99 Bikes have made a big impact on the local cycling scene, and are forging deep connections with not just the general cycling community, but within the racing scene. Supporting the 2020 Super Series was not only about supporting Cycling in SA, but with a large number of their staff participating in the series it was a natural connection.
The 2020 Series also coincides with 99 Bikes opening their 7th store in South Australia, with a new Noarlunga store set to open in October. This will enable for 99 Bikes to better cater for riders further south, and will complement their existing stores at Mile End, Prospect, Modbury, College Park, West Lakes and Marion.
CSA CEO Lachlan Ambrose was excited for the new partnership “We really see 99 Bikes as a partner that can help take the Super Series to another level. They have great reach in the community, and with so many bike racers on staff we know that they’ll be great advocates for what we do. The series continues to go from strength to strength, so this will be an important step in getting the series greater recognition in the community.”

The industry has seen really strong support in 2020, with one of the silver linings of the COVID-19 pandemic being a surge in people getting back into riding and racing. 99 Bikes was keen to reinvest this back into the community that they have drawn so much from.
