WINNER ANNOUNCED: 2018 Leaders Jersey Competition

Cycling SA are pleased to officially announce the winner for the 2018 Super Series Leaders Jersey Competition! We’d like to apologise for the delay in producing the final image, however we are very exited about this new design and hope that everyone appreciates this unique design.Congratulations to Lachlan Glasspool and Madeleine Steele for their winning entry, which will feature as the 2018 Super Series Leaders Jersey. They will get to see (and if they’re lucky, wear!) the jersey at the upcoming Super Series.The creators, Glasspool and Steele, say of their design “our leader's jersey represents our beautiful state and the roads South Australian cyclists enjoy every day. We've taken inspiration from the River Murray, the red dirt in the far north and the state floral emblem, the Sturt Desert Pea.”Cycling SA would like to thank the many, many people who took the time to create a design for the competition. We had a lot of wonderful designs, which made choosing a winner a very difficult decision. The winning design’s bold colours will certainly ensure that the leader stands out on race day.Dates for the 2018 Super Series are now confirmed, running from 22 September until 9 December 2018. Entries for the series are officially open and will remain open until Sunday, 9 September 2018.Register now.
